The Creator
Amber Cuff is a fashion designer and researcher, always focused on the creative and functional side of what clothing can offer. After her cliche child hood story of creating clothing for her dolls, Amber grew a liking to her future field. At the age12 she began teaching herself how to sew, and from there she spent many all nighters crouched at her sewing machine. In 2011, Amber graduated from Howard University with a bachelors in fashion merchandising. She furthered her education, receiving a masters degree in fashion design from Drexel University in 2014.
Currently, Amber works as a fashion researcher for the Smithsonian National Museum of African American History and Culture, under the Black Fashion Museum Collection. She has a growing alterations business and continues to design and support her need to create!
