Return Policy

The Cuff Life does not accept returns.

The Cuff Life accepts items eligible for exchange or repair/alterations. Please contact us if you experience any issues with your purchase (info@thecufflife.com).

Exchange item(s) must be in good condition: NOT stained, worn, ripped, or otherwise. The Cuff Life reserves the right to deny an exchange. Clients have up to 7 days of receiving an order to give notice (info@thecufflife.com).

The Cuff Life's pieces are handcrafted with love. We will repair any of our loved ones for the lifetime of the garment/item (rips/tears, seam separation). The Cuff Life will perform light alterations such as hemming, taking a garment in or out (2 inches max). The client is responsible for all shipping fees.

Terms

At The Cuff Life, garments and accessories are created individually and by hand. Although many items are readily available, please allow for 7-14 business days for processing and shipping.

We primarily use the United States Postal Service for shipping.

In the event that you, the client, need an item sent immediately, please contact us at (info@thecufflife.com) and describe in detail your inquiry.

Privacy

The Cuff Life does not share client personal information with 3rd-party institutions.

The Cuff Life does save client email addresses for emails and newsletters with the client's permission. Clients will always have the option to opt out of this feature.
